I am an AHPRA Board-approved supervisor, offering short- and long-term supervision for early-career, experienced psychologists and mental health professionals to support clinicians in their professional growth and self-care.

Supervision is a crucial part of self-care for clinicians, allowing for reflection and management of personal aspects that can influence our work. It helps us stay effective and take care of our own needs.

Not only is supervision about case consultation; it includes developing and deepening an understanding of our therapeutic style, setting boundaries, and maintaning connected to why we have chosen the work that we do.

 

I offer both in-person and online supervision.

 

Current rates for a 60-minute supervision consultation are $240 (incl. GST).
