If your preferred time is not available , please Request an Appointment and we will get back to you within one business day.  We will do our best to accommodate your request.

After you have made your booking, you will receive a brief confirmation email.  This will be followed by a welcome email again confirming your booking and providing you with a couple of forms that you can do on your phone or alternative device.  If you feel you would prefer to complete these in your first session, you are welcome to do so.

The first time using the client portal, you will need to “register for an account” and can then book, change, or cancel appointments.
